Model 500
Model 500 is the biggest model produced by National. Some models are equiped with an electrical motor on the back so the machine could be operated manually (by turning he crankandle) or electrically. A predecessor of this model was model 101.

Model 400
Model 400 was one of the most popular machines. It is operated by pressing the keys and turning the crankhandle. Some 400 models had an electrical motor on the right side. Examples of predecessors of this model are models 72, 79, 83, 92, 94 etc.

Model 300
Model 300 is easy recognizable for it's 'Typewriter' design. The keys are placed in 2 rows above eachother. When a key is pressed the amount shows on a metal 'flag' behind the glass plates on the top of the machine. This model doesn't have a crankhandle. Examples of predecessors of this model are: models 2, 13, 14, 30, 42,

Model 100 and 600
Model 100 and model 600 are machines that are operated by a crankhandle. The amount can be selected with the levers. After that the crankhandle was turned, the amount showed behind the glass, the bell sounded and the drawer opened. These models were mainly sold in Europe.
